The Exclusive Collaboration
When we saw Alyson MacLeod blazing across the pages of Vanity Fair Fashion with her rallying cry — “We Are Not Broken, We Are Becoming” — we knew we had found her.
The woman redefining midlife.
The woman commanding a global audience to rise.
The woman whose presence is not just timely, but transformative.
We didn’t wait for someone else to make the call. We went straight to Alfa Orion Media, the powerhouse behind some of the most iconic visibility stories in the world, and said it outright:
“She’s the one. She’s the Woman of the Moment. We want her on our cover.”
And here she is — unapologetic, magnetic, and ready to speak to every woman who has ever felt like time had passed her by.

The Interview
WR: Alyson, the world saw you on Vanity Fair Fashion. Now you’re on the cover of Women’s Reporter. How does it feel to be named The Woman of the Moment?
Alyson: It’s surreal, but not accidental. I’ve been preparing for this chapter my entire life. Being “The Woman of the Moment” isn’t about hype — it’s about alignment. It’s about owning your story so fiercely that when the moment arrives, you’re ready to step into it without hesitation.
WR: Your headline, “We Are Not Broken, We Are Becoming”, has gone viral. What does it truly mean to you?
Alyson: For decades, women — especially after forty — have been handed this narrative that we’re slowing down, losing relevance, becoming invisible. I reject that completely. “Becoming” is about stepping into your full power with the wisdom, resilience, and fire that only comes from lived experience. We’re not broken — we’re just coming alive in the best possible way.
WR: You work with women in midlife who are ready for more. What’s the first shift you help them make?
Alyson: The first shift is clarity. Most women I meet are stuck in a fog of obligations, distractions, and old conditioning. We get radical about what they actually want — not what they’ve been told they should want. When clarity comes, confidence follows.

WR: Many women get stuck in tech overwhelm or “algorithm fatigue” when trying to be visible. What’s your take?
Alyson: Social media isn’t the enemy — but it’s not the boss either. I teach women that visibility is about positioning, not just posting. You can spend years chasing likes, or you can put yourself in the rooms, publications, and stages that have real impact. That’s why Alfa Orion and I work so well together — they understand legacy visibility.
WR: Speaking of Alfa Orion, tell us about this collaboration.
Alyson: Alfa Orion Media isn’t just a PR company — they’re a global amplifier. They don’t try to change who you are; they turn up the volume on it. This partnership is about putting the “Becoming” movement on the world stage — in media that will outlast any social trend.
WR: Your story is inspiring, but it’s also demanding. You don’t sugarcoat the work. Why?
Alyson: Because transformation isn’t a hashtag. It’s gritty. It requires honesty, sometimes brutal honesty. I don’t believe in decorating the cage — I believe in breaking it open. That means I’ll challenge my clients, call out their excuses, and hold them accountable.

WR: What would you say to a woman who’s reading this and thinking, “Maybe I’m too late”?
Alyson: You’re not late — you’re right on time. But the clock is ticking. The longer you wait to step up, the more you feed the belief that it’s too late. The moment you decide to move, everything changes.
WR: What is your vision for the next five years?
Alyson: To create a global movement of women over forty who are visible, wealthy, and leading from their authentic power. I want to see “Becoming” translated into multiple languages, taught in boardrooms, schools, and community spaces. This is bigger than me — it’s about rewriting the narrative for generations to come.
WR: And finally — what’s next?
Alyson: What’s next is expansion. I’m taking Becoming international. There are stages I haven’t touched yet, markets that are hungry for this message, and collaborations that will blow the lid off what people think is possible for midlife women. The next cover, the next talk, the next movement — it’s all already in motion. We’re just getting started.
Closing Statement
Alyson MacLeod isn’t just The Woman of the Moment — she’s the architect of a future where women’s power is ageless, undeniable, and unstoppable. And with Alfa Orion Media in her corner, that future is arriving faster than anyone imagined
